Leading site operations, your focus will be on driving customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. As you gather and nurture professional talent you will develop programmes and an operational rhythm that delivers ongoing sustainable process improvement and control.
Your substantial management and P&L experience should be supported by a track record in the shared services or outsourcing space. Ideally, you will have experience in an operations role with an HR, payroll or benefits outsourcing service provider. A background with process improvement tools and techniques such as Six Sigma would also be extremely valuable.
